Currently we use the GL 's belonging to category general for m2m

User can use can GL"s belonging to category general from other screens as well. So the Mark to Market GL 's can go out of balance if someone attempted to use one of those GL's manually from another sceen (other than m2m)

GL module will create 2 new categories - Mark to Market P&L and Mark to Market offset
Show Mark to market P&L category GL's only for Pnl accounts in System manager --> company config --> risk management --> GL Tab
Show Mark to market offset category GL's only for balance sheet /offset accounts in System manager --> company config --> risk management --> GL Tab
