*Issue with reproduction Steps:*
1. Create a Contract with 320 bags of 60 Kg.
2. Create a Sample Entry for this contract.
3. Now Representing Qty will be same as Contract Qty as 320 bags of 60 Kg.
4. Enter Sample Qty as 500 gram.
5. It is not accepting since 500>320 though 320 bags of 60 Kg <= 500 gram.

1. This validation should consider Quantities in respect of their UOMs
2. Hence, it should accept 500 grams as Sample Qty.
