Using 17.1.0123.321
Issues with reproduction Steps:
1. Open a Sample in New mode.
2. Testing Start Date, Testing End Date and Sampling End Date are defaulting to current system date based on the local client machine.

3. Save the sample.
4. Date and Time Stamp gets changed based on the Server Time Zone. (UK time zone)

5. Since there is 5 hrs difference, it happens to change the date to next day itself if it is being done to later period of the day.
*Expected Result:*
1. Date and Time Stamp should not change based on the server date and time stamp. It should retain the client machine date and time stamp.
