Test Results ‘Passed’ or ‘Failed’ based on the actual values
* Right now, test results are imported through the CSV file.
* System will have to find if the result is passed or failed based on the actual values comparing against the range (min / max) configured in the template.
* If result is specified in the excel, will take the same value. If not, will find out the result.
* For formula property, refer the comment.
