Provide an option to select default UOM for representing quantity per item / template.
!pastedImage_d65919_0.png! When we create Sample via Menu, when we choose a item, will retrieve value for representing qty uom from the template. If it is not configured in template, will show the stock UOM.
When we create Sample from other screens, will retain the same value which we retrieved from the parent screen. (Eg, If opens from contract detail, uom is pound. In template level, it is configured as kilogram. We should show the representing qty uom as 'pound')
