Description Steps: [http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/QC-T2] test case steps 1-10.     Issue: Failed to open Sample Type tab. Encountered unending loading of tab screen.   !pastedImage_d212243_0.png|height=271,width=564!   Acceptance: Should be able to open Sample Type screen.
