Time Off does not auto calculate and display the correct Rate based on the Last Hire Date

Description STEPS:   1. Create Employee Time Off' with Years of Service setup.   !pastedImage_d47818_0.png! 2. In the Employee tab > Detail tab, set *Last Hire Date to '01/02/2008'*   3. In the Employee tab > Time Off tab, click the Add grid button and select the created Time Off. !pastedImage_d47818_1.png!   *ISSUE:*   Added Time Off displayed incorrect Years of Service. It does not calculate the Years of service based on the Employee Last Hire Date.   !pastedImage_d47818_2.png! *ACCEPTANCE:*   It should auto calculate and display the Employee Time Off Rate based on the Last Hire Date
