*STEPS:*
1. Create Employee Entity
2. In Employee tab, add Taxes, Earnings, Deductions and fill up Time Entry tab.
3. Create Paycheck ----Paycheck Earning has no selected Dept.
4. Select the Bank Account, save and post.--GOOD
5. Select Department for Paycheck Earning.
6. Hit Save and click Recap or Post.
