*Steps to replicate:*
1. Log in and log out an employee using Timecard
2. Edit Hours of employee in Timecard Approval (ex. 9 hours), click Save
3. In Timecard approval screen, click Process
4. Go to Process Pay Groups, select the pay group, then click Generate
5. Filter the selected employee no.
*Issue* : Hours via Timecard Approval did not reflect in Process Pay Groups
