*STEPS TO REPLICATE:*
1. Go to Payroll > Employee > Click New > Create Employee with Tax, Earnings, Deductions > Click Save
2. Go to Payroll > Paycheck > Click New (use the created employee) > Create Paycheck
3. Go to Payroll > Employee > Open the created Employee > Go to Year to Date = ISSUE
*ISSUE* : Only the Employee Taxes grid have details
