*Steps to Replicate:*
1. Go to Payroll > Employee > Click new button > Create Employee with Taxes and Earnings > Click Save button
2. Go to Payroll > Paycheck > Click New button(use the created employee) > Create Paycheck with no deduction
3. Go to Payroll > Employee > Open the Employee > Go to Year to Date
*Issue* : Net Pay is equal to Gross Pay upon creating first paycheck

*Acceptance* : Net Pay should not be the same as the Gross Pay
