1. Open Time Approval, filter by Department and Date Range.

*ISSUE:*
1. It displays' Saving' but the status indicator is still 'Edited'
2. It loads the other Employee Time Entries that are not on the Date Range and on the filtered Department.

1. It should save the modified Employee Time Entries.
2. It should not load the other Employee Time Entries that are not on the selected Date Range and on the filtered Department
