Import Direct Deposit should not show doubled logs

Description   *ISSUE* : I was able to import the CSV that contains correct data to i21 however it showed double logs     !pastedImage_d188591_0.png|height=319,width=1114!   *STEPS* :   1. Go to System Manager > Imports and Conversions   2. Go to Payroll > Import CSV> Click Import Direct Deposit     *ACCEPTANCE* : In API it should not display double logs
