*ISSUE* : Double VAC earning in the Search Employees screen

*STEPS* : Create time off before awarding
1. Go to Payroll > Select any employee
2. Onn Payroll add hrs on the VAC
3. Click Post
*ACCEPTANCE* : In Search Employee screen it displayed double VAC earning
