*ISSUE* : Third decimal and beyond is being truncated in the Tax Types setup.
Example:

After Saving, closing the window or just hit Refresh without closing.

*STEPS* :
+Create New Tax+
1. Go to Payroll > Tax Types
2. Click new button
3. Fill in following fields(In Percent field, enter 0.725000) and click the Save button
*ACCEPTANCE* : The tax percent should not update or trimmed the decimal
