*ISSUE* : Users are using incorrect job codes be used. Job codes (like bonus) are available on the drop-down for time entry.
*STEPS:*
*Setup Default Job Code*
1. Go to Payroll > Employee > Detail tab
2. In Detail tab, select Default Job Code > Click Save button
*Login/Logout*
1. Go to Payroll > Timecard
2. Enter the Username and Password
*ACCEPTANCE* : Add new field for setting Default Job Code

As a workaround, I disable the job code on the time entry form and put a trigger on the SQL table.
