*ISSUE* : When process pay groups is generated, all employees' records are created in triplicate.
*STEPS* :
1. Go to Payroll > Process Pay Groups
2. Select paygroup
3. Leave the Begin Date, End Date, and Paycheck Date blank
*ACCEPTANCE* : Should prompt error message *" Date Parameters cannot be empty!"*
