*ISSUE:* FED tax in Paycheck screen is not computing correct amount
*STEPS:*
Via Paycheck
1. Go to Payroll > Paycheck
2. Select any employee
Via Process Pay Groups
1. Go to Payroll > Pay Groups
2. Select Semi-monthly playgroups
3. Click Generate
4. Click Process
5. Select any employee and click OK
