*ISSUE* : The SUI Wage Report is duplicating every employee and their wages.

*STEPS* :
1. Go to Payroll > Quarterly SUI
2. Use the following filter- Quarter \|\| Equal To \|\| 2
*ACCEPTANCE* : Entries in SUI Wage report should not display any duplicates
