*Issue:*
1. Date From- the start date is not Monday
2. Date To- Sunday was disabled
*STEPS:*
1. Payroll > Timecard Approval
2. Click the date-picker of Date From
3. Click the date-picker of Date To
*ACCEPTANCE:*
1. Date From- should start on Monday and the other day should be disabled
2. Date To- If Monday is the Start of the Work Week, Sunday should be the End of the Work Week and the other days should be disabled
