*Issue:* The default bank account in the Company configuration does not auto-populate in Paycheck creation
*Steps* : with 2 scenarios (execute first the Set-up then Create Paycheck)
+Set-up+
1. Go to System Manager > Company configuration
2. Go to Payroll tab
3. Fill in the Bank Account field
+Create Paycheck+
1. Go to Payroll > Paycheck
2. Click New button
3. Select any employee

*Acceptance:* The default bank account should auto-populate in paycheck creation.
