Issue:
Hours earned, carryover not reflecting correctly
Steps:
Go to Payroll -> Process Paychecks
Select Dates
Click Process
Go to Payroll -> Paychecks
Click and open created paycheck
Click Post
Acceptance:
Payroll resetting should follow the rules when timeoff is set to Award on = Paycheck
