2020.09 Updates
• indiana local update for counties Pulaski and Wayne. Change is applied to calculations on/after 10/24/2020 though state will allow from 10/1/2020
• federal and state marginal rates now returned. Wh32.h has expanded FEDERAL_WITHHOLDING_STRUC AND STATE_WITHHOLDING_STRUC. Look fore ‘marginal_rate’ added to both. You only need to use the new wh32.h in your compiles if are using the new marginal_tax structure. Note that Utah currently always returns 0 for marginal tax.
