*Steps to Replicate:*
# Payroll > Employees (select and open an employee) > Time Off > Vac Wages
# Enter a number into the 'Adjustment' Field
# Save
*Issue:*
# The number entered into the 'Adjustments' field now displays in the 'Hours Used' field
# The number entered into the 'Adjustments' field does not clear
# The Balance reflects the sum of the 'Hours Used' field and the 'Adjustments' (duplicated entries)
*Accepted:*
# Upon save
## 'Hours Used' field does not get updated
## 'Adjustments' field saves until next award
## Balance is updated by the number entered in the 'Adjustments' field
