* Paygroup = Monthly
Holiday
* Calculation Type = Rate Factor
* Linked earning = none
* Rate Factor = 2
OTV
* Calculation Type = Overtime
* Rate Factor = 1.5
* Linked Earning = REG
VAC
* Linked Earning = Blank
* Rate Factor = 1.0
Go to Process Paygroups, select Dates and click Generate

Click Process and select the employee then click OK
