Steps to create:
1. Payroll > Reports > Quarterly SUI >
2. report is showing two lines for each employess which is for either OT earning type or Regular earning type and these taxable wages appear to be correct.
3. The hours worked are over stated compared to what is listed on Paychecks
4. At the bottom of the report, the number of employees counted is over stated.
