Steps to create:
1. Timesheet showing 4.05 hours of Overtime for employee #65
2. Employee regular hours showing default of 42.5
3. Program is not adding lines multiple lines of regular hours to equal default
Fix:
Please correct the regular hours so that overtime is added when multiple line of regular hours are existing.
