Steps to create:
1. In Time Off Types-Vacation
2. User clicks Update Employee Hours
3. Apply to all=YES
4. User clicks Update Employee Tiers
5. Apply to all=YES
No change in employee time off tab of what hours are currently showing. Please see screen shots below.
