Issue:
1. Time off tab is showing neagtive balance amounts
2. Adjustments are showing that were not entered
3. User noticed this since the upgrade and adjustments should be zero
4. Showing for all time off ID's, vacation and sick time
Acceptance:
Set adjustments back to zero for all Employees so that the balance showing is correct.
