Issue:
1. User adds/changes Deduction or Earning type in Maintenance > Employees
2. User saves changes
3. user selects a different employee and tries to make changes to existing employee's deduction or earning type and the same selection as previous employee appears in the grid and will not allow the user to save, cancel or exit this grid.
User must log out of the software completely and log back in to continue working.

Resolution:
Allow user to make changes to employee records without hanging on to previous employee edit.
