employee - Tax Tab
Tax origianlly calculated at $103.17
They added additional withholding of $103.82
Tax is now calculating at $310.81
Should be $206.99

STEPS:
# PR > Tax Types
# Create state tax for Wisconsin
# PR > Employees
# Select and open an employee
# In Taxes tab, add state tax
# Set Extra Withholding Ex: 103.82
# In Earnings tab, add state tax to REG earning
# Save changes
# PR > Paycheck
# Create paycheck for employee

{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Should calculate correct state tax for Wisconsin with Extra Withholding amount
