Time off is resetting everytime they create new checks for
STEPS:
# Payroll > Time Off Types
# Create Time Off Type with Award On: End Of Year
# Payroll > Employees
# Select and Open an employee
# Add Time Off Type
# In Time Off Type
# Click Update Employee Tiers
# Click Update Hours
# In Employee screen add value in Hours Used
# Save changes
# Create and post paycheck
# Check Time Off in Employee screen
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE* {color}: Hours Used value resets to $0.00
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Should not reset value of Hours Used value
