when processing paygroups, we have the Checkbox to "exclude deductions"
we need to expand on this so they can select which deductions to exclude
For Example, on a bonus check, they still need to deduct 401k, but not insurance or garnishments.
One customer gives everyone bonus at the end of the year... had to bring up 30+ checks and manually adjust them...

When Exlude Deductions is checked, have a pop up box with all available deductions listed - check the ones to exclude
