Missing W2 Code in Employee W2 and obsolete format of EFile
STEPS:
# Payroll > Reports > Process W2
# Set Year: 2017
# Select Employee and click Process
# Generate EFile
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE* {color}: Incorrect format of EFile for 2017
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Should display Code FF in 12a to 12d, should generate correct EFile
