They have been using the import feature for Process paygroups and now it is not working
Payroll - Process Paygroups -
Put in Dates - click Import - Select File to Import - Nothing happens
STEPS:
# In Payroll > Employees
# Select and Open employee
# In Employees > Earnings tab
# Set Earnings: REG (Hourly Rate) and VAC (Rate Factor)
# Do NOT link VAC to any earning
# Save changes
# In Payroll > Process Pay Groups screen
# Import time entries which contains multiple employees including employee with non-linked earning
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE* {color}: No time entries for any employees are imported
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Should still import earnings for employees except for the earning with non-linked earning
