Adding Earnings Type to Check that is not checked as Default is not calculating correctly

*STEPS* :
# Payroll > Process Pay Group
# Select paygroup and enter pay period
# CLick Generate grid button
# Click Process toolbar button
# Select paychecks to process
# Payroll > Paychecks
# Select and open paycheck generated
# In Earnings panel, click Add grid button
# Select an earning ex: VAC
# In Hours column enter hours for added earning
# Click Recalc toolbar button
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE* {color}: Gross and Net are not adjusted
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Should recalculate gross and net income for added earning
