should only bring over employees with a term date this year, is bringing over everyone.
ALSO, need to add selectivity for Term Date. For Example, if a large customer wants to go live at the begining of the year, they will need to start testing in the previous year.. do not want to bring in HUNDREDS of employees they will not need.
