STEPS:
1. Create Time -Off Type
2. Hit the save button without selecting the Liability Account
ISSUE:
It does not require the user to select the Liability Account.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
1.Do not allow the user to save the Time Off w/o selecting the Liability Account first
2. Liability Account should show the red box line prompting the user that it is required.
