Approved Time Clock Entries
Went into Process Paygroups
Employees had Multiple lines of entries
One eployee had 532 hours SEE ATTACHMENT
Time History reflects accurate time
Their company 01 has been copied to 99
*HOW TO RECREATE:*
# In Payroll menu > Employee screen
# Select an employee and add time off in Time Off tab
time off: VAC(Year)
# In Earnings tab, add VAC earning
# Link REG earning and select time off to Deduct from
# Create more than 1 time off request for employee
# Approve and post to calendar
# In Process Pay Group screen, select pay group and click *Generate* grid button
# View Employee
ISSUE: Multiple REG earning is generated
# Process paycheck for employee
{color:#ff0000} *ISSUE* {color}: Created paycheck is incorrect, multiple reg earning is generated where vacation hour is deducted individually.
{color:#008000} *ACCEPTANCE* {color}: Regular earning should generated only once where all posted TOR will deduct hours.
