Time Off approval is correctly adding the hours to the paycheck, but needs to deduct same from Reg Time
For Example,
Time Off Approval Request for 8 hrs.
TTime Off is approved
When check is generated from Process Pay Groups - AFTER the date of the Time Off, the Vacation Hours were added to the check, but the regular pay was not adjusted, so employee was paid for 88 hrs in stead of 80. - see attachment

TIME OFF REQUEST
Create Time off Request
APPROVAL
Approve time off request
PROCESS PAYGROUPS
Set check date in Process Pay Group for AFTER the day off
Generate Pay Group
Process Pay Checks
Validate hours on check
