*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Setup *2 or more* Employees for Time Entry:
- They must all have the same Department and Earning Types
- Must have Hourly Rate Regular Earning
- Must have Overtime Earning linked to the Hourly Rate
- Must have the default hours to a certain amount (ex. 40) so that overtime can be reached
2. Create Timecard entries for those employees. Make sure the total hours of each employee would exceed the default hours so that it would go to overtime
3. Approve and Process the Timecards
4. Check Entries in Process Pay Groups

Duplicate entries for OT were created on some of the employees except the first one. The second one will have 1 duplicate entry, suspected the third one will have 2 duplicate entries, if more employees were processed there will be more duplicate entries.

Processing multiple employees from Time Approval should not create duplicate entries for Overtime hours.
