Description ISSUE:   Modified Default hours from Employee Earning does not cascade when manually adding the Earning type on paycheck screen   !pastedImage_d36019_0.png! Note: this is also happening when changing the Deduction Amount   !pastedImage_d36019_1.png! ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA: Changes on the Employee Earnings, Taxes, Deductions and Time Off should be cascaded on Paycheck screen when manually add them
