Equity balances for previous fiscal years are paid out periodically for all or for specific customers. Payout could be a general decision or could be for specific customers when they retire their membership or for successors when a member dies.
Create and post vouchers for equity balances for fiscal years.
# User goes to equity details and filter the grid to select the members for payout
# Select the records from the grid and press 'Pay' button
# This should create a voucher for each customer
# Voucher details will have a line for the equity balance for each fiscal year.
# Post the voucher
# Debit Undistributed Equity for the Refund Type of the equity and Credit AP Clearing
