*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Go to URL site.
2. Log in Username, Password and Company Name.
3. Assign a Patronage Category in the Company Preferences.
4. Delete assigned Category Code in the Patronage Category Menu.
5. Go to Company Preferences - Patronage.
*Expected Result:* User should not be able to delete a Patronage Category Code when in used in other screens.
*Actual Result:* User is able to delete Patronage Category Code in used in other screens.
