*Precondition* : User should be logged in and Company Configuration - Patronage, Minimum Dividends and Federal Withholding Backup field should have no value.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Go to URL site.
2. Click Fetch.
3. Observe Error Message.
4. Setup Minimum Dividends value in the Company Configuration - Patronage.
5. Repeat step 1-3.
*Expected Result:* Both error message should be combined in one popup.
*Actual Result:* Error message have different popup.
*Note:* We want to do this so that the user should be easily inform to setup both fields not one field at a time.
