If Customer is not selected in Volume Detail screen, open Adjust Volume in New entry mode. User should be able to select a patron and categories and add volumes. This is for creating opening volume balances for the customer. This situation usually happens when i21 is installed for a new Company.
The customer record will not be available in Volume table, so insert record.
