1. Create Stock and Post
2. Choose created Stock and click Retire button
3. Click Save and Post
*Issue:*
Unknown error message when posting

Then upon checking the Retire Stock tab, it is already posted

When Unpost, it just shows loading then it will disappear and nothing happens.
