+ *Steps:* +
1. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open IL (Illinois)
2. From Form Code RMFT-5, select 2 schedules (1 that will show records and 1 that will have 0 records) and efile and hit Run button.
3. Change the Date Range that fits the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button. First tab will display the records for the specified schedule:

4. Go to the next schedule tab that will show 0 record.

5. Then go to the E-file tab. It will download an efile.
6. Open the e-file.

When an active Schedule does not include any record, the e-file should not include any record for that Schedule at all.
In the attached file (Knapp December 2017 data), Schedule SE has no record, so the e-file should *NOT* have the "E" record and the "S" record for SE.
