I changed IL setup in 17.4DEV RO DB. Need to incorporate changes into 17.3 (manually) and 18.1. *NOte: do not need to do this for 17.4, becase at this time, we do not plan to give Knapp 17.4*

# Added a new Tax Category: "IL Excise Tax Diesel Dyed"

# Added 4 new IL Product Codes: E15, E85, E98, B20

# Added a bunch Tax Criterai to RCs. All RCs modified, along with new Tax Criteria, are listed in the attached spreadsheet's "Added Tax Criteria" workbook. The 2nd workbook "SQL" is the query that produces this list. The 3rd workbook "All RCs" is a list of *ALL* RCs with relevant information.
After updating, I took a backup of 17.4DEV RO DB.
