IN SF900 Schedule 10 does not have transactions in 17.3.1108.140

Description Customer exported the Sept schedules (see attachment). After instlaling this blocker release to TEST, I compared TEST to the Excel sheet, and noticied SF900 Schedule 10 has no record, but the Excel export had 3 transactions.   See screenshots in comment.
